001- The Bucket List

When corporate mogul Edward Cole (Jack Nicholson) and mechanic Carter Chambers (Morgan Freeman) wind up in the same hospital room, the two terminally ill men bust out of the cancer ward with a plan to experience life to the fullest before they kick the bucket. In a race against the reaper, the new friends hit the tables in Monte Carlo, down obscene amounts of caviar and tear up the road in supercharged cars. Rob Reiner directs.

002- Little Miss Sunshine

Convinced their little Olive (Abigail Breslin) is beauty queen material, parents Richard (Greg Kinnear) and Sheryl (Toni Collette) load the rest of the family into a van and embark on a life-altering road trip to a California pageant. Richard pushes Olive to win while her silent brother (Paul Dano), depressed uncle (Steve Carell) and nursing-home reject grandpa (Alan Arkin, in an Oscar-winning role) add their own quirks to the mix.

003- The Devil Wears Prada

After taking a job in the Big Apple as assistant to powerful fashion magazine editor Miranda Priestly (Meryl Streep, in an Oscar-nominated role), small-town girl Andrea Sachs (Anne Hathaway) is thrilled -- at least until the magic wears off, and she's left feeling battered and used. But at least she looks fabulous, right? Stanley Tucci, Adrian Grenier and Emily Blunt co-star in this big-screen adaption of Lauren Weisbeger's best-selling novel.

004- The Holiday

Stuck in a vicious cycle of dead-end relationships with two-timing men, Los Angeles resident Amanda (Cameron Diaz) and Londoner Iris (Kate Winslet) decide to swap homes. In the process, their trade paves the way for romances they never imagined possible. This charming comedy from writer-director Nancy Meyers features an all-star cast that includes Jude Law, Jack Black, Edward Burns and Rufus Sewell.

005- Get Smart

When the identities of secret agents from Control are compromised, the Chief (Alan Arkin) promotes hapless but eager analyst Maxwell Smart (Steve Carell) and teams him with stylish, capable Agent 99 (Anne Hathaway), the only spy whose cover remains intact. Can they work together to thwart the evil plans of KAOS and its crafty operative (Terence Stamp)? Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson co-stars in this comedy caper based on the classic television show.

006- Knocked Up

A one-night stand results in an unexpected pregnancy for entertainment reporter Alison (Katherine Heigl), who vows to be a good mom and keep her career on track by trying to make things work with the slacker (Seth Rogen) who knocked her up. It's anything but smooth sailing as the odd couple gets acquainted, but Alison finds there's more to her baby's daddy than she originally thought. Paul Rudd co-stars in this Judd Apatow romantic comedy.

007- Failure to Launch

In a desperate attempt to push their thirtysomething son Tripp (Matthew McConaughey) out of the nest, a frustrated mother and father (Kathy Bates and Terry Bradshaw) hire a beautiful relationship "consultant" (Sarah Jessica Parker) with a patented plan to move him out of the house. But her tried-and-true tactics, which involve her posing as the girl of his dreams, don't always have the intended effect. Zooey Deschanel co-stars.

008- Stranger than Fiction

As best-selling novelist Kay Eiffel (Emma Thompson) struggles with how to kill off her main character, IRS auditor Harold Crick (Will Ferrell) begins hearing her voice in his head and slowly realizes that he must stop his own death. Crick's world turns upside down as he tries to persuade Kay to change the ending of her novel, all while getting closer to a quirky baker (Maggie Gyllenhaal) he's auditing. Dustin Hoffman and Queen Latifah co-star.

010- Burn After Reading

In this darkly comic farce from Joel Coen and Ethan Coen, an ousted CIA official (John Malkovich) loses his penned memoir to a pair of moronic gym employees (Brad Pitt and Frances McDormand, in a Golden Globe-nominated role) who use it to try and turn a profit. George Clooney and Tilda Swinton round out the cast of this irreverent tale of poorly executed espionage, which also earned a Golden Globe nod for Best Picture (Comedy).

011- Wedding Crashers

In this raucous romantic comedy, John (Owen Wilson) and his buddy Jeremy (Vince Vaughn) are emotional criminals who know how to use a woman's hopes and dreams for their own carnal gain. And their modus operandi? Crashing weddings. Normally, they meet guests who want to toast the romantic day with a random hook-up. But when John meets Claire (Rachel McAdams), he discovers what true love -- and heartache -- feels like.

In this Rob Reiner comedy, Sarah Huttinger (Jennifer Aniston) travels to California for her sister's wedding, where her grandmother (Shirley MacLaine) reveals a bit of gossip: Sarah's mother cheated on her father just a few days before they were married. The plot thickens when Sarah hears a rumor about a local family who served as the real-life inspiration for The Graduate's Robinson clan. Mark Ruffalo, Kevin Costner and Mena Suvari co-star.

015- The Break-Up

Cohabitating couple Gary (Vince Vaughn) and Brooke (Jennifer Aniston) find their once-blissful romance on the rocks when petty spats about lemons and dirty dishes mushroom into an all-out battle for custody of their upscale Chicago condo. An escalating argument ensues as Gary and Brooke continue to live under the same roof, all while cooking up schemes to drive each other off the premises. Judy Davis co-stars as Brooke's diva boss.

016- Sideways

Two men go on an excursion and end up inducing midlife crises in this comedy-drama that won six Independent Spirit Awards, including Best Feature and Best Director. Pinot Noir lover Miles (Paul Giamatti) convinces friend Jack (Thomas Haden Church) to enjoy his last days of bachelorhood with a wine country road trip. The pair get involved with two women (Sandra Oh and Virginia Madsen) and inevitably come face to face with their past and present.

017- Dan in Real Life

Advice columnist and widowed father of three Dan Burns (Steve Carell) has met someone new in this romantic comedy from director Peter Hedges. But even though Marie (Juliette Binoche) is beautiful and smart, she's also the girlfriend of Dan's brother Mitch (Dane Cook). With a publicly recognized moral compass, Dan finds himself torn between reaching for happiness and keeping the peace in his family. Dianne Wiest and John Mahoney co-star.

018- Borat

Fans of the HBO comedy series "Da Ali G Show" will be delighted to join one of their favorite characters -- the Kazakhstani reporter Borat (Sacha Baron Cohen, in a Golden Globe-winning role) -- as he travels to America to report on the "greatest country in the world." The boorish journalist sets off on his cross-country road trip, but his original purpose is soon subsumed by a much greater quest -- finding and marrying actress Pamela Anderson.

019- Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby

Lifelong friends and national idols Ricky Bobby (Will Ferrell) and Cal Naughton Jr. (John C. Reilly) have earned their NASCAR stripes with their uncanny knack of finishing races in the first and second slots, respectively, and slinging catchphrases like "Shake and bake!" But when a rival French driver (Sacha Baron Cohen) coasts onto the track to challenge their records, they'll have to floor it to retain their top-dog status.

020- Wild Hogs

Restless and ready for adventure, four suburban bikers (Tim Allen, Martin Lawrence, William H. Macy and John Travolta) leave the safety of their subdivision and head out on the open road. But complications ensue when they cross paths with an intimidating band of New Mexico bikers known as the Del Fuegos. Jill Hennessy, Marisa Tomei and Ray Liotta also star in this freewheeling comedy from director Walt Becker.

021- Because I Said So

In an effort to prevent family history from repeating itself, meddlesome mom Daphne Wilder (Diane Keaton) attempts to set up her youngest daughter, Milly (Mandy Moore), with Mr. Right. Meanwhile, her other daughters (Lauren Graham and Piper Perabo) try to keep their mom's good intentions under control. Tom Everett Scott, Colin Ferguson and Gabriel Macht also star in director Michael Lehmann's multigenerational mother-daughter comedy.

022- Paul Blart: Mall Cop

Funnyman Kevin James ("King of Queens") stars as Paul Blart, an overzealous security guard who finds himself in way over his head when he attempts to thwart a criminal mastermind's (Keir O'Donnell) plot to rob an entire shopping mall. Bobby Cannavale, Jayma Mays and Shirley Knight also star in this family-friendly laffer from director Steve Carr, which shares more than a few similarities with the much raunchier Observe and Report.

023- I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry

Firefighters Chuck Ford (Adam Sandler) and Larry Allensworth (Kevin James) are guy's guys, loyal to the core -- which is why when widower Larry asks Chuck to pose as his gay lover so that he can get domestic partner benefits for his kids, his buddy agrees. Things get dicey, however, when a bureaucrat comes calling, and the boys are forced to present a picture of domestic bliss. Dan Aykroyd and Steve Buscemi co-star.

024- Must Love Dogs

Divorcée Sarah Nolan (Diane Lane) isn't ready for romance. But when her sister (Elizabeth Perkins) signs her up for an online dating service, love-seeking mates come calling. While one Mr. Maybe (Dermot Mulroney) is rife with possibilities, another (John Cusack) is even more intriguing. Still, there's just one problem: While the second eligible bachelor's ad states that his dream woman "must love dogs," neither he nor Sarah actually owns one.

025- Tropic Thunder

In the spirit of Apocalypse Now and Platoon, this combat film send-up from director-star Ben Stiller tracks a group of actors who are forced to become real-life soldiers when they're abandoned in the jungles of Southeast Asia. The all-star cast includes Robert Downey Jr. (in an Oscar-nominated role), Jack Black, Matthew McConaughey and Nick Nolte, with an unrecognizable (and Golden Globe–nominated) Tom Cruise playing a crude movie mogul.
